2.20.2007 10:10 PM >> A strange breakfast und strange dinner For you to chew on here are two recent meals that I made. At first they may sound a bit crazy. But then most things that I cook kind of freak people out. Check it out. Try for yourself. Pizza Puff Omelette [RATING: 6.01] Three toasted pepperoni pizza puffs stuffed in an omelette with parmesean cheese and some bruschetta seasoning. The Mex-American-Italian War [RATING: 7.21] Sloppy Joe Corn Tortilla Lasagna. Toasted corn tortilla topped with a layer of Sloppy Joe. Then another tortilla topped with carrot sliver cooked with some lemon juice and oil and mixed with parmesean cheese seasoned with Mexican oregano. A final topping of Sloppy, a spinkle of parm, and a dusting of ground jalepeno added. Bake it. Eat it. For those of you in the dark and wondering about the differences b/w the terms dinner, lunch, and super here's what some folks had to say about it.
