This morning was particularily exciting. It was my first breakfast with the turkey for meal #7. I picked the method of omelette in a bag. The technique is to crack 2 eggs in a quart size ziploc bag, toss in all of your ingredients, get all the air out of the bag, seal, and let it boil for 13 minutes. Then you remove the bag from the boiling pot and slide the omelette out of the bag. All the ingredients are encapsulated within and the egg is perfectly cooked.
