TaKING a break from the turkey for a couple of days. YEsterday I created two things. 1) Lamb and Beans, which is a new take on an old classic of my Mom's Ham and Beans recipe. 2) A Honey Apple & Pickle Cake (pictured above) a recipe from Sechler's Fine Pickles in St. Joe Indiana.

This morning I returned to the TurkProj. I had meal 10.0 - Yum Stuffed Pepper (Orange #2) Omelette (cf. m9.0, 12/17/2006). A YSP placed in the center of a omelette style egg (with parmesean cheese) and topped with a little circle "egg hat". Served with toast, coffee, and OJ.
