Teriyaki Smoked Turkey Leg



Leg of smoked turkey marinated in Teriyaki, white vinegar, and sesame oil, with powedered garlic and onion, crushed red pepper, and corriander. Rubbed with spices above and roasted in the oven over a bed of yellow onion. Served with an egg roll (given to me free) and Oriental Red Sauce with Thin Noodles** and Sesame Oil Roasted Onions.

Onions and garlic sauteed in sesame oil and white cooking wine and soy sauce and butter. Seasoned with garlic and onion powder, corriander, pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper. Also added tomato paste for thickening. Served with fortified thin spaghetti noodles and toasted sesame seeds.
