Not only are QuikTrip coffee drinks mixable within their own family but they can be fused with other kingdoms. Story goes that I had a coupon for a free new premium roast coffee at McDonald's. But I was needing to go to QuikTrip. I can't go to QT without getting some kind of beverage. And my McD's coupon was expiring soon. So I concocted the McQuik au Lait.

1) At McD's I got a small coffee. No cream. No sugar requested.
2) I drove across the street. A difficult maneuver involving rush hour traffic and a u-turn.
3) I entered QT and purchased a Vanilla Steamer adding two packs of equal to really make it sweet. I got the 20oz cup but only filled it half way (99 cents).
4) In the bed of my truck I combined the ingredients. Pouring the McD's coffee into the 20oz QT cup.

The 99 cent result was brilliant. I loved it and almost had it finished before I made it to the highway. It was that good.

Use these two resources to triangulate your McQuik au Lait today >>
McD's restaurant locator AND QuikTrip store locator.

What's an au lait? Starbucks calls theirs a misto, and Carribou uses the literal café au lait. Typical.

(NOTE: The Golden Arches are a remnant still in existance of Googie architecture.)
