Italian Suasage Stuffed Roaster Red Peppers
Some kind of Italian pepperoni suasage suateed with olive oil, onions, then combined with stewed tomatoes, black beans, spices (thyme, s&P, basil, crushed red pepper, a little ginger, ground coriander, and freshly roasted garlic. Meanwhile red peppers where roasted and peeled and cleaned out. Meanwhile brown rice was cooked. When all was ready the rice and some meaty portions of the suace were stuffed into the peppers. They were topped with a helping of the sauce and baked for a little.

Open-faced Grilled Turkey Kraut Melt
Grilled slices of turkey with sauteed onions, red pepper, roasted garlic, and sauerkraut (olive oil, worcestershire, and pepper). All placed on a slice of pumpernickle with a smear of yellow mustard. Topped with a slice of Heartsmart cheese and toasted.
