Here are the ingredients to my latest venture in crock-pottery, which turned out to be pretty much a chicken soup:

Sesame oil
Little butter
Onions
Celery
French-cut green beans
Stewed tomatoes and jalapenos
Hominey
Barley
Chicken tenderloins

SPICES:
Cumin
Roasted garlic powder
Bay leaves (2)
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper

It received an 8.15 rating in my book.
