Enroll today for Cooking Weird With Ed. This fall's Cooking Wierd With Ed is takign early enrollment now. Week one you learn what to do with all those random never used cans of Corned Beef Hash in the pantry.

Tonight I crocked up a batch of one of the best chilis I have ever made. Corned Beef Chili. I contians largely chopped Vidalia onions and green peppers sauteed with a little garlic and pepper. They were combined in the crock with stewed toms, barley, white hominy, Rotel Chili Fixins, and a can of corned beef. Mostly for seasoning I used just pepper and salt, a tad of cayenne at one point.

The result is a 8.19 rating.
